Rae earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas at Dallas. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor. Rae has experience in group practice, telemedicine, hospital, and residential settings.
Rae has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults of all life stages. She is comfortable working with couples or individuals navigating transitions, stress, LGBTQIA+ issues, trauma, loss/grief, depression, and anxiety. Rae implements evidence-based practices such as DBT, CBT, Solution-Focused, and Person-Centered therapy to ensure an individualized and holistic approach for each client.
In her free time, she enjoys bike rides, puzzles, and time spent with loved ones.
