Nate is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor who provides individual therapy for adolescents and adults. He has experience working with a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, abuse, and trauma.
He also enjoys supporting individuals through life stages and transitions, such as changing careers, divorce/ending of relationships, men’s issues, and LGBTQIA+ specific challenges.
Nate utilizes an eclectic approach, focusing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and integrating motivational interviewing, attachment, DBT, and play therapy.
Outside of the office, Nate enjoys hiking, running, cooking for friends and family, singing Karaoke (poorly), and spending time with friends and family.
