Michelle is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. Additionally, she is a trained crisis counselor and holds a license as a school counselor, equipping her to support clients through a wide range of difficulties.
