Meredith is a passionate and grounded therapist who works with adults navigating addiction recovery, anxiety, depression, trauma, and women’s issues. She offers both in-person appointments and convenient telehealth options, with current availability for new clients.
Meredith believes in meeting clients where they are. She blends a variety of therapeutic approaches—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic techniques, narrative therapy, and mind-body awareness—to create a supportive and personalized experience. Her work focuses on helping individuals explore the “why” behind thoughts and behaviors, while also developing practical tools for daily well-being.
At the core of Meredith’s approach is a deep respect for each person’s unique life journey. She is committed to walking alongside her clients as they move toward healing, growth, and a deeper connection with their authentic self.
Outside the office, you’ll find Meredith playing guitar, hiking trails, or curled up with a good book.
