Lauren Schroeder, M.A. Clinical Mental Health Counseling- Children and Adolescents, LPC

Therapist

Lauren believes that establishing a strong alliance with her clients is essential to getting the most out of therapy and creating lasting change. Through this alliance, she partners with her clients to explore and address thought and behavior patterns that serve as barriers to enjoying life fully. Her main areas of focus includes supporting children and adolescents (age 3+) through life transitions, trauma events, and general mental health care. Lauren’s top priority is to provide a safe and affirming space for each client to feel seen, heard, and validated. Graduating from Lewis University with her MA, Lauren has been in the mental health field for 3 years. Lauren utilizes various interventions, CBT, TI-CBT, mindfulness, humor, and active listening in sessions to meet the client where they are at.
