Lauren approaches each client individually, recognizing their unique life experiences and cultural influences. Through a combination of ACT, DBT, and Experiential therapy, Lauren assists those working through mood and personality disorders, processing trauma, and redirecting behaviors that are no longer serving them. Utilizing a person-centered approach, she guides clients navigating identity transitions throughout life, from adolescence to emerging adulthood to late in life role changes. She also supports families experiencing conflict in reaching solutions and connection. In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time outdoors, listening to music, playing with her cats, watching movies and trying new restaurants.
