Kristen has a Bachelor of Science in Social Work degree from Kansas State University and a Master of Social Work degree from Washburn University. Kristen has experience providing services to a variety of individuals, particularly children and adolescents, and enjoys helping others while using a strengths-based and person-centered approach. She has experience working with children and adolescents who are experiencing life transitions, anxiety/depression, and family conflict. She utilizes a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy in an effort to foster hope, healing and resilience. Kristen hopes to help clients realize that they are not defined by their struggles, and hopes to be a source of motivation and commitment for clients as they navigate the ebb and flow of life.
