Jessica is a Graduate Clinical Social Work Intern at VCU. She is an educator, advocate, and community activist. Jessica enjoys working with people of all ages, using a blend of client-centered therapies including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy and mindfulness to support healing, growth, and self-discovery.
Jessica is passionate about working with parents and families, with a trauma-informed lens to address intergenerational trauma, PTSD, Postpartum Mental Health, OCD, Depression, Anxiety, and other mental health concerns. Jessica also has a special interest in trauma and is LGBTQUIA+ affirming clients.
