Grace is an intern, pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands. She has experience working with children, teens, and adults struggling with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety/phobia related issues. She also has experience working with children diagnosed with autism. As someone trained in OCD treatments, she understands how distressing intrusive thoughts, fears, and repetitive behaviors can be.
She uses various evidence-based treatment approaches, including ERP, I-CBT, ACT, and CCPT, with a Person-Centered foundation. Your care will be a collaborative process where she will meet you where you are in a safe and supportive environment. Her goal is to help you (or your child) understand what’s happening beneath the worry, increase tolerance for relief, and begin to feel more in control of daily life again.
