Beth utilizes a trauma-informed lens to assist individuals, families, and couples who are experiencing a variety of challenges- including grief, family planning, chronic illness, identity changes, conflict, and more. Her counseling approach stems from the conviction that every person has inherent value and is deserving of respect, dignity, and time.

Beth currently provides humanistic talk therapy with clients, sourcing techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). She has special interests in adverse religious experiences, all varieties of grief, anxiety, and career counseling.

Beth enjoys painting, savoring flavorful foods, hiking trails, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
