Darian is a counselor, registered art therapist, and certified trauma-informed yoga instructor who holds a Master’s of Science in clinical mental health counseling and art therapy from Holy Family University. Darian believes every person is a unique individual that does not adhere to the same one-size-fits-all approach.

Darian has worked with diverse client populations of all ages, genders, and sexualities as an LGBTQ-affirming clinician. Darian utilizes an eclectic humanistic person-centered approach with CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS parts work, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and holistic approaches, and art therapy, depending on the individual and their needs. Darian has worked with groups and individuals via partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient programming. Darian has worked with individuals with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders, eating disorders, trauma, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, traumatic brain injuries, ASD, ADHD, personality disorders, behavioral disorders, and other mental health challenges. Darian primarily serves adolescents, young adults, and adults.

Darian specializes in working with anxiety, depression, disordered eating and eating disorders, trauma, and substance use. Darian utilizes a holistic and collaborative approach to fully understand each client’s needs and desires for their treatment. Darian believes every individual has the power to create lasting change to lead a fulfilling life within a warm, non-judgmental and empathetic environment utilizing creative solutions. When she’s not practicing therapy, you can find Darian spending time with her family, friends, and cat Squeakers, or practicing yoga, reading, making art, or experiencing new cuisines with her husband.
