Danielle is a mental health clinician with a Master of Education in Counseling and concentration in Sport Psychology. She is passionate about supporting clients and helping them learn tools and gain confidence to reach their therapeutic goals. Danielle believes in meeting clients where they are, building a strong therapeutic alliance, and strengthening individuals’ inherent resiliency.
Danielle prioritizes understanding every client’s collection of diverse identities, as well as acknowledging how these identities may impact their lived experiences. Danielle’s focus is on how to help clients view these experiences as strengths and an important part of their individual story.
Danielle utilizes a variety of therapeutic frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy, and has a background in sport and performance psychology. She has experience working with teens and young adults across various clinical outpatient settings, and specializes in providing services related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, and LGBTQ+ issues, among others.
Outside of work, Danielle likes to watch sports, try new recipes, listen to music, and spend time with her friends and family.
