Callie is a friendly therapist offering personalized and authentic support. She believes that humor, empathy and honesty are all essential when working to better ourselves. Seeking help is HARD and she is there for you whether this is your first or 10th time looking for therapy. Callie believes in meeting you where you are at and understands everyone is at a different place in their journey. She wants people to know she is here to offer an authentic connection.
Callie draws inspiration from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She knows we are impacted by our minds, bodies, emotions, and environment and seeks to address this in a holistic and mindful way. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Callie understands this population sometimes needs specific support.
Callie’s background includes both mental health and chemical dependency treatment, so she would love to work with you whether you are looking for help in one or both of these areas. She also holds both a Master’s degree in counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology
Outside of the office, Callie loves reading, playing games (video & board!) and spending time with those who mean the most to her.
