Brittany received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of New England and has several years of experience working with diverse populations and backgrounds. She primarily works with adolescents, young adults, and older adults to support relationship challenges, anxiety, life transitions, adoption, child welfare, grief, depression, OCD, ADHD, and trauma. She is passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ folks, the BIPOC community, and non-monogamous relationships. Brittany utilizes EMDR, ACT, Solution-Focused work, Internal Family Systems, CBT, Trauma-focused work, and other modalities. Brittany values therapeutic connection to help folks explore ways to thrive and find joy in their everyday life experiences.
