Life can be stressful. My goal is to support anyone who is struggling with life’s challenges. During my career, I have worked with a lot of clients struggling with various challenges, but the most common have been substance abuse, depression, anxiety, anger, hopelessness, trauma and relationship issues. I believe that every person deserves to be happy and through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Person Centered therapy approaches, I help my clients learn and find ways to work towards and achieve self love, personal happiness, and inner peace. I think through patience, hard work and dedication, each person is capable of change and I am very passionate about helping others through the process. In my free time, I like to hang out with my family, travel, camp, and read. I very much look forward to working with you.
