Who Cares: The life of a caregiver
Ages 21+, Those caring for the aging and disabled.
Those caring for the aging and disabled experience a plethora of emotions, causing them to feel misunderstood, guilly, angry, ashamed, muted, and isolated. The caregiver, at times, feels conflicted between their love for the one they attend to and their individual desires. The caregiver, too, experiences the effects of trauma, anxiety, and depression. Let's talk about it in a safe, engaging, and therapeutic environment with those who are living through similar experiences.
