Wanda likes to help people gain acceptance and develop new narratives in their life so they can move toward happiness and wellness. Wanda believes celebrating the small things helps people stay on course and identify their goals. Wanda is an avid learner and is always looking for new ways to help people overcome life’s challenges. Having spent a large part of her career in intensive outpatient services and office-based counseling, Wanda has developed specialties in working with grief and loss, depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and trauma.
