Uswa is an Associate Licensed Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapist passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families create meaningful change and stronger relationships. With a Master’s in Counseling Education from the University of Central Florida, she brings extensive experience working with clients from diverse ages, backgrounds, and cultures.

Her approach is grounded in empathy, validation, and genuine care. Uswa supports clients through life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-image concerns. She integrates evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, and DBT to meet each person’s unique needs, blending insight and practical tools for real growth.

Uswa values the importance of connection and often explores how relationships (with ourselves, our partners, and our families) shape our emotional well-being. She also welcomes faith-based discussions when appropriate, recognizing spirituality as an important part of healing for many clients.
