Megan is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) in MO. She has experience working with a wide range of clients, including individuals with neurodiversity, and supports those navigating trauma, self-discovery, depression, anxiety, loss, challenging behaviors, and interpersonal conflicts.
Megan approaches therapy through a Humanistic approach and pulls techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy (MBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Play Therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. Her goal is to help individuals develop understanding, strengthen connections, build skills, and find meaning as they navigate life’s challenges.
Outside the therapy office, Megan enjoys lifting weights, attending yoga classes, hiking, exploring new foods, binge-watching TV shows, reading, and traveling. She provides therapy services to clients ages four and up.
She is being supervised by Emily Mendoza, LPC.
