Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Counseling from Trinity College of Florida and a master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She is currently a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the State of Florida.
Jennifer is well-versed in various therapeutic approaches, including Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotional Intelligence, and the use of boundaries to foster healthy relationships. Her areas of expertise encompass Women’s Mental Health Concerns, Life Transitions, Eating Disorders, Pre-Marital Counseling (with certifications in SYMBIS and Prepare/Enrich), Trauma Counseling, and Grief Counseling. She relies on evidence-based practices for her treatment planning and offers faith-based therapy upon request.
