Zoey enjoys working with clients of all ages but has a passion for work with adolescents, young adults and couples. Zoey has experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, big life changes, and relational challenges with a passion in couples therapy. Zoey utilizes a strengths-based approach to help clients unlock and utilize their potential within themselves. Zoey also utilizes Emotion Focused Therapy to identify underlying feelings that can be uncovered to better understand ourselves and the decisions we make. Zoey has worked with young children with severe trauma, adults with SPMI diagnoses, high school students, families, couples, teens and adults. Zoey is working towards her independent licensure and is excited to continue learning and growing in her clinical career. Zoey brings humor to her practice, laughing about the joyful things we experience in life, while also creating a place to hold empathy for the hard times.
In her free time Zoey enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outside, binging her favorite TV show, and can always be found with an Ice Cream cone no matter the Minnesota Weather.
