Zoe received her bachelor’s from Widener University in Chester, PA, and her MSW from Monmouth University near her hometown in NJ. She is a fully licensed clinical social worker with 10 years of experience working in mental health. She spent most of her career working in hospitals with adolescents, but also worked in maternal/post-partum health, crisis intervention, and intensive outpatient settings. Zoe has experience working closely with children/adolescents/young adults struggling with their mental health, pre- and post-partum mothers, OCD, anxiety, psychosis, professional burn out, life transitions, and bariatric candidates. She specializes in ACT, as well as pet therapy with her trained therapy dog Hunter. Hunter is a 5 yo Boston Beagle mix, who spent a year working in an inpatient adolescent crisis unit where he provided comfort and connection. Zoe describes herself as honest, relaxed and a bit sarcastic, but always committed to providing a safe and judgement free space.
