Zach is an upbeat, kind, and compassionate therapist who uses his creativity and passion to meet the needs of all his clients. He uses a person-centered approach that focuses on his clients challenges, and underlying obstacles that are preventing them from living their best lives.
A natural connector, Zach enjoys building relationships with his clients through stories, humor, and focusing on meeting their needs. Prior to joining Ellie, Zach specialized in pre-marital counseling and marriage coaching. Additionally, he became a licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LADC), working with individuals struggling with both substance use and mental health challenges. Zach believes our life experiences, especially our childhood experiences, shape who we are as individuals and how we view the world. Zach is well-versed in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), motivational interviewing, and working with individuals with deep-rooted trauma. His goal with each client is to meet them where they are at, and walk alongside them.
