William Fry

Medical Scribe

William has been a medical scribe for over three years. An artist by trade, he fell into scribing after a stint as an HR manager for a home healthcare company, and writing precisely worded apologias to despondent scofflaws as part of the Parking Appeals unit with UW-Madison Transportation Services.

Having suffered a brain aneurysm as a child, William is particularly interested in automaticity and the chasm of the unconscious. He has found serving those who serve the communities mental health needs a fulfilling pursuit, analogous to delving into his own mind. Consciousness has always been a riddle of consequence to him.
