Tracy has earned her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Special Education. She has found passion in working with clients of all ages, and has specific interest in working with OCD, anxiety, and depression. Tracy also has extensive background in working with children who have autism spectrum disorder, various disabilities as well as other mental health disorders.
Her empathy and warmth help to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can not only process but work towards healing. She utilizes various therapeutic approaches based on the individual goals of her clients. In session Tracy aids clients to identify and enlist their internal strengths and resources to approach life’s challenges.
During Tracy’s free time, she loves to travel the world, read at the lake and spend time cuddling her dog while watching movies.
