Tosha Jones, MSW, LGSW, RYT


Tosha is a tenacious, adventurous and honest provider who works collaboratively with clients to build skills in self compassion, assertive communication, develop healthy boundaries, increase tolerance to stressors and develop capacity to grow towards their potential. She believes that with the right awareness and skills we can achieve things we never thought possible. Tosha is also a Registered 200 hour Yoga Instructor who believes that movement is a great way to build the brain body connection, get in touch with our emotions, process trauma and heal.

In her free time Tosha enjoys hiking, biking, rock and ice climbing, camping, yoga, playing fetch with her German Shepherd, Kaia, drinking coffee, running around the lakes and reading.
