Tiara Leavitt-Celestina, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Barry University in 2011. Mrs. Leavitt-Celestina has over a decade of experience working with outpatient for profit and non-profit community-based agencies. She has direct care experience working with individuals, families, and groups. Mrs. Leavitt-Celestina specializes in children, adolescents, adults, trauma, substance abuse, mental health, and co-occurring disorders. Tiara is knowledgeable is a variety of evidenced based practices not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution focused therapy (SFT), Seeking Safety, Trained in Play therapy techniques, Certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), and trained in Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR). Mrs. Leavitt-Celestina’s passion is providing authentic quality care, where clients feel safe and heard. She works from a strength-based, collaborative approach to help clients feel empowered and in control of their lives.
