Dr. Sy is a licensed psychologist. As the child of a single parent and first-generation college student, she was drawn to Ellie’s commitment to breaking down barriers to the communities being served. She has spent close to 20 years working with clients of all ages as individuals, couples, families, and in groups. She believes mental health is shaped by personal identity, whether this be gender, race, sexual orientation, or the many other ways that we view ourselves. Ask about her Racial Trauma Support group. She is a fan of travel, collard greens, pets with interesting names, yoga, and lifelong friendships.
