Suzanne Grannis was born on the island of Bermuda and spent her formative years there. Yes, she’s an island girl! She subsequently moved to southern California and later Tennessee. Suzanne holds a PhD in Family Relations and Child Development and an MA is Counseling. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor and is licensed in Tennessee as an LPC with a Mental Health Services Provider designation and Board approved Supervisor. Suzanne believes when people experience stressful life events it is not uncommon for them to struggle or have their lives unravel. Her passion is helping her clients find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, content, whole, and safe. Suzanne’s ultimate goal for her clients is for them to come to a place of living a safe, healthy, and fulfilled a life as possible. Outside of work Suzanne enjoys playing with her flowers, reading Grisham novels, and listening to music! You can even find her dabbling in painting, playing interior decorator, and engaging in her new endeavor of paper quilling! Ask her how that is going!!
