Sophie is a dedicated counselor whose approach is primarily relational, drawing on person-centered and attachment-based methodologies. She believes that genuine change occurs when individuals feel safe, seen, and connected. Sophie holds a Master’s degree in Human Developmental Counseling from Vanderbilt University. She is passionate about working with children and adolescents, offering support for challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions. Sophie is also trained in various counseling modalities, including brain spotting, sand tray, and expressive arts.
Outside of the office, Sophie enjoys painting, running, and practicing yoga.
