Shawna Otis, MS, LCMHC, MLADC, CYP

Therapist

Shawna (she/her) earned her master’s degree from New England College and is a licensed clinical mental health counselor. She brings to the table experience in working with children ages pre-k through the lifespan, with a focus on adolescents and young adults, as well as veterans and first responders. The therapy space is a sacred one, where we are all humans who deserve validation and encouragement. Shawna has experience in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma, and uses treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and if the client is open to it, yoga and somatic movement.

When she is not helping clients reach their potential, Shawna enjoys spending time with her family, reading, exploring new places, trying new recipes, and practicing yoga.
