Sedrick Wales Jackson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Sedrick has spent his career devoted to facilitating well-being and empowering others to become their best selves. He is a seasoned health care leader with more than fifteen years of inspiring teams and boosting performance through people-focused mentoring and administration. Sedrick believes that having strong and healthy relationships is key to living a life of well-being and happiness and in order to create and sustain a sense of well-being, we must develop and maintain healthy and adaptive forms of relating to oneself, family and friends, and one’s greater community. His services are personally tailored to each individual’s needs by providing a safe and supportive space to help clients learn how to develop adaptive ways managing life’s stressors. Sedrick is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and global member of the International Coaching Federation and he has developed curriculum that has been approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an Approved Coach Specific Training (ACSTH) program. Sedrick received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in 2001 and his Master’s degree from the University of Kansas in 2003. He’s the author of 5 books in the area of mental health. Sedrick resides in Grand Prairie Texas. He’s a father of 5 and has been with his beautiful wife for over 23 years.
