Her passion lies in working with adolescents and those in the transition to adulthood. Sarah’s clinical focus is on anxiety management, life transitions and bolstering self-esteem and resilience.
Outside of work, Sarah prioritizes self-care through listening to music, enjoying long drives, and cherishing quality time with her beloved cat, Salem.
