Sarah Schultze is a dedicated clinician with a background rooted in psychology and social work. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Social Work (MSW) degrees from the University of New Hampshire.

Sarah’s professional journey has revolved around community mental health, where she has made a significant impact. Her expertise lies in addressing complex, long-term trauma across diverse populations, helping individuals cope with anxiety and personality disorders, adjustment issues, and crisis management. Her passion lies in working with adolescents and those in the transition to adulthood. Sarah’s clinical focus is on anxiety management, life transitions and bolstering self-esteem and resilience.

Outside of work, Sarah prioritizes self-care through listening to music, enjoying long drives, and cherishing quality time with her beloved cat, Salem.
