Sarah Rubright is a licensed social worker (LSW) with goals to provide judgment-free, supportive spaces for clients. She earned her MSW from Rutgers University in 2023 and has a background in working with young adults in a higher education setting since 2017. After earning her LSW in 2023, Sarah enjoys working with individuals who experience anxiety and/or depression and welcomes young adult clients, working professionals, adolescents ages 16+, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ individuals.

Her approach to therapy includes techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as well as mindfulness and narrative therapy. Sarah’s ultimate goal is to foster a helpful space to process emotions, manage daily stressors, and to learn sustainable healthy coping skills.
