Sarah Gray, LMSW

Therapist

Sarah is a licensed master social worker who adheres to the belief that while society tells us to be successful and happy all the time, life can be hard, and we are meant to have an array of emotions. It is the goal to express those emotions without feeling shame, fear, or judgment. Sarah helps her clients to create healthy relationships, set healthy boundaries, and let go of behaviors that no longer serve them. She holds space for others to allow them to acknowledge their own battles, so they may experience their own growth and freedom. Sarah uses a strengths-based, person-centered perspective; as well as solution-focused, narrative therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy tools to support her clients. Sarah works with clients ages 5 and up.
