Sarah is an adolescent and young-adult therapist specializing in helping clients with anxiety, depression, OCD, self-injury and suicidal ideation. Sarah also frequently works with student-athletes struggling with disordered eating and performance anxiety. She uses CBT and SFBT to help clients identify action-based plans to help them feel better in the short term, while simultaneously creating long-term/lasting goals.
