Originally from Los Angeles, Sara was raised in Charlotte, NC, and is proud to be Korean-American. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an ally in the LGBTQIA+ community, she is experienced in therapy with both children and adults. Her passion lies in fostering healthy lifestyles and guiding clients through challenges such as identity exploration, cultural clashes, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. Sara integrates evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and more in a creative way. She loves to incorporate the transformative power of art and play therapy in her approach.
When she’s not providing therapy, Sara enjoys the company of her furry friends, fishing, woodworking, cooking, reading, and spending time with loved ones. She is excited to collaborate with you on building a path toward a happier and more fulfilling life!
