Sara is a licensed graduate social worker with 2 years of experience working with children and families at a school based outpatient mental health clinic.

Sara has experience using play-based and relational therapies to help children and families who are struggling with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression and trauma. Sara also has experience working with children and families going through transitions in which the family must adjust to a “new normal”.

Sara’s area of specialty is attachment-based therapies. She believes that rebuilding strong connections and healthy attachment bonds between caregivers and children is crucial to the well-being of all family members.

Sara is known for her humor, playfulness, and honesty. She believes in creating a safe and supportive environment where children and families feel comfortable exploring their emotions and relationship dynamics to work towards healing. She works collaboratively with families to develop individualized treatment plans that meet their unique needs and goals.

In her spare time, Sara enjoys drawing, audio books, and playing with her cat–Willow.
