Ruth is a clinical social worker who is led by empathy and a passion for making mental healthcare as accessible and approachable as possible for everyone. She is committed to providing every client with a personal approach and tailors her treatment to the individual needs of each person with whom she works.
Ruth emphasizes the importance of a good therapeutic alliance between client and therapist, and enjoys getting to know her clients at a deeper level in order to build a trust-based partnership aimed at tackling whatever issues the client faces.
When not at the clinic, Ruth is often found on a soccer field or shopping to prepare an adventurous meal as she is an avid cook. She also enjoys singing, camping, and recently has devoted herself to a Dungeons and Dragons group!
