Rebecca believes everyone deserves the opportunity for and has the capacity to experience love, hope and healing. Although each journey will look different, Rebecca is passionate about joining clients on that journey, and helping them access their own potential for creating and sustaining lifelong emotional wellness. Rebecca’s clients can expect her to use a holistic approach in therapy to promote harmony between each person’s social, emotional, physical, occupational, and spiritual self.

Rebecca enjoys supporting clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Her clinical experiences include providing care in outpatient clinic settings, school-based therapy programs, adolescent day treatment, children’s partial hospitalization, and facilitating divorce co-parenting classes. She draws upon Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, attachment focused therapy, mindfulness practices, play therapy, art-based therapy, and psychodynamic therapy approaches in session. Together as a team, she has helped individuals and families work through a wide range of difficulties related to anxiety, depression, trauma, shame, aggression, self-esteem, grief and loss, divorce, and other life transitions.
