Rayna holds a master’s degree in social work from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Central Michigan University. Rayna strives to create a positive therapeutic environment marked by compassion, understanding, and nonjudgement. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches, including person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and narrative therapies. Rayna also enjoys incorporating play and art into the therapeutic session, and tailors her specific approach to the needs of each individual. She has worked with children, adolescents, and young adults facing various challenges, such as depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, grief, peer relationships, and family difficulties. Rayna believes that each individual holds a unique perspective on their situation, as well as the strength and potential to work through challenges. She supports her clients’ ability to tap into this potential to achieve their goals and maintain personal growth
