Rachelle Imlay, LAC


Rachelle Imlay received her Masters in Mental Health Counseling degree from Northern Arizona University and is licensed as an associate counselor in the state of Arizona. In addition to working as a therapist, her background includes some Military time and working in the medical field. Rachelle worked in community mental health and more recently in a private practice setting helping teens and adults navigate challenges and move towards change. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, grief, and general mental health. She primarily uses cognitive behavioral therapy along with other modalities to better address the client’s goals. Rachelle truly believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship and the healing that can be achieved with therapy.
