Rabia is a compassionate mental health provider with global experience in mental health services. Rabia honed her skills in diverse settings – from psychiatric hospitals to community centers. This allows her to connect with children (of all ages!), adolescents, adults, and families. Rabia has a special passion for working with children, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, trauma, and a range of other challenges. She’s a trained Play Therapist, creating a safe space for children to express themselves freely. Rabia’s belief in her clients’ strengths shines through, fostering self-growth for everyone who walks through her door. She welcomes individuals from all walks of life, fostering a safe and inclusive environment for everyone to heal and thrive. Her expertise also encompasses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered therapy, EMDR, Child-Parent Relationship Therapy, and trauma-informed care.

Beyond her work, Rabia finds fulfillment in time with her husband and three daughters and enjoys unwinding with peaceful walks and creative outlets like gardening and photography.
