Do the Best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better. – Maya Angelou. I believe change begins when we take the steps to know our version of “better”. Each of us is unique and have different experiences that impact what we know. My approach to counseling is holistic, compassionate and caring. Sometimes aspects of your life just doesn’t seem to be going well, you feel overwhelmed, or are seeking self improvement. My goal is to work with you in a collaberative manner in a safe, judgement free environment. You have the strength within you to make positive changes.

I have over 10 years experience helping others with many life situations. My experience includes providing therapy for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders and trauma. I enjoy working with teens, and adults. I also enjoy assisting parents of neuro-diverse and other special needs children.

Sometimes you may need advice on which step/path to take, and sometimes you just want someone to talk to along the way. I believe in the importance of identifying strengths and using those strengths to encourage you in making positive changes. I view working with clients as walking along a path together.
