Nichole, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, has experience working with teens, young adults and families with various behavioral and mental health needs in residential and community settings. She has training in trauma-informed care, and her compassionate and non-judgmental approach offers a space that fosters hope and healing. Nichole promotes and embraces the value of human connection and the importance of finding meaning in one’s life. Her mind-body approach to therapy is based on over a decade’s worth of yoga and meditation practice. She believes that the mind and body are not separate, but are part of an integrated system that relies on the inner resources of strength, courage, resiliency, emotional intelligence and self-acceptance. Nichole uses this approach to empower individuals in their own healing process.
