Choosing to start on your therapeutic journey can be scary and stressful, which is why Natasha strives to provide a safe environment for you to feel comfortable sharing your story with. Over the past couple years, Natasha has focused on trauma and PTSD gaining experience with all ages and higher acute care through crisis intervention. Being EMDR trained has helped Natasha advance in trauma informed care. Through experience with outpatient and higher levels of care, Natasha has accumulated evidence-based modalities some of which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Natasha is supervised by Sherri McCarthy LPC-S with whom she meets with weekly to ensure client care. Natasha earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio and a Bachelor’s degree is psychology from the University of North Texas.

Natasha is passionate about helping her clients heal from all types of diagnoses, some of which include; depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders and everyday stressors.
