Mollie is a warm, reflective, and direct communicator who infuses humor and laughter into her therapeutic work. She believes that communication and insight are at the heart of relational improvement. Mollie is passionate about helping people reflect inward to develop their best, personalized plan forward.

Mollie is a virtual session-only therapist. She builds therapeutic relationships with people in their most comfortable environments. Mollie supports people as they navigate complex family systems, seek couple and relationship improvement, work through parenting challenges, and manage life transitions. Mollie has advanced training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, EMDR, TF-CBT, TheraPlay, and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. Mollie believes that the most effective therapy is tailored directly to each individual’s specific situation and challenges and she utilizes solution and strength-focused techniques to help achieve individual goals.

Outside of the time spent parenting two young children alongside her partner, Mollie enjoys watching television comedies, reading, yoga, and loves spending time in nature.
