Melodie K Morrow is a Licensed Independent Social Worker & Social Work Supervisor and a Registered Play Therapist and Play Therapist Supervisor. She is also a certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist.
For over 28 years, Melodie has served in the community, focusing on mental health services for children, aged 18 months to 11 years, and their families. She specializes in trauma, adoption and attachment issues, emotional and behavioral regulation problems, childhood anxiety and depression, grief and loss, autism spectrum disorder, and parental training.
Moving children forward on a healthy developmental path and training parents how to support their growth is one of Melodies’ passions. She believes that children must be understood in the context of their families and environment and that involving parents in the treatment is essential for success. She is compassionate and accepting and enjoys bringing humor and fun into the treatment process.
Melodie enjoys animals, reading, nature, and spending time with friends.
