Megan Gooden

Megan is passionate about people, and loves to work with dynamic teams on embracing opportunities to create, sustain, and thrive together! Megan believes that learners are leaders, and strives to learn from everyone that she encounters. Megan approaches equity work with that same lens of curiosity, diving into culture cues and questions with anyone willing to engage (after all, strangers are just future friends!). When she’s not working, you can find Megan spending time in deep conversation as often as you can find her doing any number of her hobbies. (Born without shame, most of them include Megan having a microphone and a captive audience, or – at least – a captive audience… okay fine, just an audience!)
