Marshella’s a licensed professional counselor that has dedicated over 20 years to human services, focusing on aiding individuals in need. Her passion for helping youth and families led her to pursue counseling, driven by her understanding of trauma’s impact on personal growth. Certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, she integrates elements of dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and breath work creatively to foster optimal wellness. With extensive experience across school, home, and community settings, she enjoys working with the youth. She currently supports individuals aged 8 and up, addressing depression, behavioral challenges, trauma, grief, loss, and anxiety. Outside of work, Marshella cherishes family time, indulges in cooking, physical fitness, and explores the world through travel.
